    Initial backend skeleton and project structure

    • Initialized Go project environment.
    • Added SQLite database integration and basic connection logic.
    • Defined initial data structures for the planning system.
    • Implemented basic HTTP server and routing setup.
    • Configured project for Docker-based deployment.
